These Terms must be read as a whole. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. 3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on nc999, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You may not register using fictitious details, another person's information, or information that is misleading in any material respect.

nc999 enforces a strict one account per player policy. Each player may register only one account. This rule applies per individual person, per household, per shared device, and per shared IP address. If nc999 detects the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, all secondary accounts will be closed immediately, any associated bonus winnings will be voided, and the primary account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your nc999 username and password at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person gains access to your account credentials.
• Logging out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying nc999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this article. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits issued by nc999 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically without further notice. It is your responsibility to track the expiry date of any active bonus in your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nc999 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account on nc999, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus exploitation.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account closure and recovery proceedings for any outstanding amounts.
